TL-SL1351 提供48個 10/100M Auto-Negotiation 埠與及 2個Gigabit Auto-Negotiation 埠，全部支援 auto MDI/MDIX功能，既可用作普通口，也可用作Uplink。此外更有一個 SFP 光纖連接埠, 支援 MiniGBIC，為遠距離應用提供光纖連接能力。
